The Town of Camillus Justice Courts handle a variety of matters including traffic violations, arraignments, criminal cases, small claims cases, evictions within the town limits, and marriages.

Fines may be paid Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Court Offices.  Payment is by money order, cash, or credit card only – personal checks are not accepted.  Credit card payments are not accepted by phone; they must be made by mail or in person so a signature may be obtained.  A bank service fee of 2.99% will be assessed on all credit card payments in addition to the total due to the Court.

Weddings may be arranged by contacting 315-487-7066.  Please allow 48 hours notice.  Same day marriages cannot be accomodated.
