The Literacy Coalition of Onondaga County has teamed with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to provide free books for children aged 5 and below. Children can be enrolled in the program as long as their parent/guardian lives in Onondaga County, New York. After registering, your child the child will receive a new, age-appropriate, book sent to them at their home each month until their fifth birthday. The program is offered to families at no cost.
