Woodmont Drive Sewer Construction

The Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection (WEP) is starting a sewer improvement project on Woodmont Drive, Camillus, NY in June 2025. This project is necessary to rehabilitate a 24-inch pressurized sewage force main that has been in operation for over 40 years. This pipeline conveys wastewater from the Village and Town of Camillus to the Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant on Hiawatha Blvd. To ensure continued reliable service for residents, WEP is undertaking a large-scale rehabilitation project.
